Q1. How can we know the product quality?

 

A1: We suggest you to order a sample. Also, you can send us email for detail photos for checking if you cannot get enough information in the product page.

 

Q2. Is it the final price in the price list?

 

A2: You can find reference prices in the price list. According to your quantity and models, we will offer you a best price.

 

Q3. When can we get reply after sending you the RFQ?

 

A3: Our working time is 9:30am. - 6:30pm. , Monday to Saturday. Your RFQ will be replied immediately during working time, in 24hours during non-working time.

 

Q4. Can I get free samples?

 

A4: Yes, some samples are free for customer, but you need to pay for the express fee. For details please send message to our sales service.

 

Q5. Can we get support if we have our own market position?

 

A5: Please inform us your detailed mind on your market demand, we will discuss and propose helpful suggestion for you, to find the best solution for you.

 

Q6. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

 

 A6: For small order, express will be faster but the shipping cost will be expensive, post air mail will be cheaper but will take 1-2 month of shipping time. And for bulk order, sea shipping way is best but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.

 

Q7. Can you offer OEM/printing logo on samples?

 

A7: Yes, but prices is different according to different logo styles such as letters, photo, size, colors and so on. For more detail please send message to our sales service.

 

Q8. Can we visit your factory?

 

A8: Yes. Due to too many visiting requirements, you need to make an appointment with our sales service. Customers who have placed an ordered will have priority.

 

Q9. Can you provide us product’s pictures?

 

A9: Yes, for online resellers we will provide you the product’s pictures. However, you need to send us your webpage or place an order from us.

 

Q10. What is the Warranty for your products?

 

A10: One year warranty for all electronic products. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
